This is a song I worked on for a bit to test out some new concepts.

First attempt at mixing up a post rock song with ableton live lite. Nothing very original, but fun to produce. Didn't have any lead line in mind at the end so I rambling with a little improv letting the Strymon Blue sky reverb ring out. :-)
This is my first full production attempt with Ableton. I used Ableton Live Lite, with EzDrummer 2 to help generate some drums. Due to running out of time (and patience :-) I just wrapped this up instead of worrying about fine tuning every little piece. I've got some errant vocal parts, guitar parts and all, but in all the mess I'm hoping you can be blessed by this regardless.
The primary mesaage of this song is one that something that has been resonating a long time, and seems to be only partially embraced by worshippers. We are not viewed in our fraility as we come before God to worship Him. We are not judged and condemened. He doesn't look and tell us to come back when we are in a better place.
Instead, just as the author of Hebrews writes (Heb 10), we can come with bold confidence, knowing that the way has been made for us in Christ, with us being viewed through the "curtain" of Christ. This is critical to every person wanting to draw closer to God, as without a realization that we should be able to approach with confidence and no judgement, we will hold back which is to our own detriment.
Hope you enjoy!
Jubril and I had some fun doing some recording and working through the editing. Resolve 12 gave us a run for our money with the learning curve, but finally got it done.

Project for missionary couple friends of mine. First interview video I produced. There are quiet a few issues I had to work through, with no lighting gear, so I went with a B&W approach and worked on making the best of this. Great experience in learning and getting to help out some friends with a passion to change the world. Check them out at http://www.nwvineyard.com/missions
Bob and Carmen Morrison lead Whole Life Ministries, a non-profit ministry that focuses on equipping local church communities in Mexico with the tools necessary to bring healing and wholeness in areas of life that many local ministries and staff are not equipped to handle. I sat down with them and had a great time hearing testimonies and stories of healing and restoration and put this video together to share a little more of what they are doing and how to get involved. Love you, honey. - Bob & Carmen for their patience in the creation, as well as patience in the grueling 4+ hours of work to help create source material. Their preparation and presentation was amazing and made this possible. -Loud Harp for permission to use their beautiful music. I don't think I could have done this complex of a project (2-3 angles with hours of audio/video syncing) without this tool, so thank you to them for creating and donating such an amazing tool to help with this. http://bit.ly/2zr3VPM - Vineyard Church of Northwest Houston for usage of the facilities to record at- http://bit.ly/2zpiIKW - Jason Graham for lending equipment to help increase the quality of the project http://bit.ly/2zoSAzH
Originally posted Nov 12 2011 on an old youtube account. Nothing quite as relaxing as hammocking in a state park. It's about as minimalist as you can get for camping, yet takes some skill to do correctly. This video is slow paced, to give the essence of the feeling of hammocking. Taken with Iphone 4, so please bear with some of the shaking.

The beginning of recovery for this one family. It's important to remember that this will be a process, not a quick week of work to resolve. We need to keep lifting up in prayer and financial support the people who have suffered from the impact of this devasting event.
